Tynor Ankle Binder

For proper fit, measure the circumference of your ankle approximately 2 inches above the inner ankle joint. You should select your size based on this measurement.

Small (S): 7.2–8.4 inches (18–21 cm)

Large (L): 9.6–10.8 inches (24–27 cm)

How to apply

Slide on the sleeve: Pull the compression sleeve up your foot like a sock, aligning the striped portion with your heel.
Wrap the strap: Take the elastic strap and wrap it around your ankle in a figure-eight pattern. Fasten the hook-and-loop closures for a secure fit.
