Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing period

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Users shall be given a prior intimation of such delay.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A Shipment Confirmation Email is sent to Users once Orders are shipped containing the tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of Users (tariffs, taxes).
Damages

The Company is not liable for any Products damaged or lost during shipping.

Correspondences:

Communications between the Company and the Users will be through emails/calls/messages. Users shall ensure that actively used email ids and contact numbers are provided to the Company. The Company is entitled to send emails and messages to Users in relation to the business, and for promotion/marketing of the same. Users accord your consent to receive these during business hours.
