Replace, Refund and Return Policy:
In the event a User finds that a Product that has been delivered is perished or expired, or cannot be used for the intended purpose, the Site/App will offer the remedy by way of Refund or Replacement as per the discretion of the User.
The circumstances for replacement or refund are as follows:
Products that are perished
Products that have crossed expiry date
Cannot be used for the intended purpose
Products that are totally different from the sample or description
Basic Conditions for Return:
The Product should be unused and unopened.
The Product has to be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
The process of refund would reach the customer within maximum 7 working days from the date of return receipt of the Product given by us.
Refunds will not be processed for Products received in a damaged condition.
