Users further agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible to determine the merchantability of Services on these links.
Users further agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising as a result of dealings between you and these third parties.
Our Covenants With Users:
(i) We do not sell User Information.
(ii) We do not advertise User Information.
(iii) We do not use it for commercial purposes.
Governing Legislations:
This Policy is governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and
the Information Technology Rules, 2011, and amendments to these till date.
Assumption of risk:
Users assume the responsibility and risk for use of the Site/App. User Information may be disclosed in manners not specified in this Policy inadvertently, and Users acknowledge the same. The Company shall not be held liable for such inadvertent disclosure.
Compliance with Laws:
The Company takes all plausible measures to protect and safeguard User Information from unlawful use, disclosure, transfer, theft and misappropriation.
The Company follows all industry standards, and warrants adherence to all applicable laws for the same. However, none of these measures guarantee the highest security.
Users agree and acknowledge that User Information is at risk to certain extent.
Exceptions to the Policy:
The Company shall not be responsible for infringement of privacy as a result of incidents that are beyond our control like hacking and government regulations.
